Who’s Hot? – Tuesday, March 15th
Below I have highlight each position, from our Daily Cheat Sheet, to give you all an idea of which players have
been outperforming their Season FP Averages over the Past 5 Games. You will still need to download the entire
sheet (links below) to get a good understanding of where they rank, overall today, but, this should give you a good
headstart on your reserach this Afternoon.

POINT GUARDS
Emmanuel Mudiay: With young players you have to be careful and not put too much faith in them night in and night out. Mudiay has been pretty consistent however, and he’s getting solid minutes over his Last 5 Games. With a price of $6,100 he should be able to reach his 36.6 FP Goal for GPP games tonight vs Orlando
D’Angelo Russell: He’s cooled off just a bit, but, he’s still averaging over 30 min per game, while scoring close to 28 FP per game in that span. The Lakers play the Kings tonight, in a game that only NBA DFS players will be watching as both teams are simply god awful. There will be plenty of Fantasy Goodness to go around however, so, stack away if you wish.
SHOOTING GUARDS
Victor Oladipo: The Magic are dealing with several injuries right now. Niv Vucevic is officially OUT tonight, and backup Point Guard CJ Watson has been dealing with an illness and is questionable tonight. These injuries will increase Oladipo’s usage % tonight, as he will handle the ball, and initiate most of the Offense this evening.
DeMar DeRozan: The Raptors are making a push for that #1 Seed in the Eastern Conference. This is something you really want to pay attention to late in the NBA year. Its always good to target Star Players, who are playing on teams that actually have something to play for. You know they will (generally) give max effort to get the ‘W’ each night. I look for DeRozan and Lowry to continue to carry the load for the Raptors down the stretch.
SMALL FORWARDS
Giannis Antetokounmpo: This one is pretty obvious. Aside from DeMarcus Cousins, nobody has the upside of Giannis tonight. Even in a tough matchup vs the Raptors, I love Giannis tonight. He’s handling the ball more often, since MCW went down, and the entire Offense runs through him. Lock and Load the Greak Freak tonight.
POWER FORWARDS
LaMarcus Aldridge: The Spurs are quietly having one of the best Seasons in NBA history and they are finally starting to get Aldridge involved in the Offense. Playing close to 35 min per game in his Last 5, Aldridge has delivered time and time again averaging almost 44 FP per game in that span. He is very underpriced at only $8,000 tonight vs the Clippers.
Jabari Parker: What more can I say about the Bucks that I haven’t already said. Oh, how about this, I believe they will be a Top 5 team in the league within the next 2 Seasons. MCW, Middleton, Giannis, Parker and Monroe? Wow, what a great young team. I’m fine with stacking the Bucks any night they play. This team is for real.
CENTERS
Nikola Jokic: If you’re not paying up for Boogie Cousins, then Jokic seems to be the logical value pivot. We’ve seen his Ceiling and we’ve also seen his floor over his last few games. A matchup vs the Magic without Vucevic seems to be a solid one on paper. Look for close to 30 FP tonight from Jokic.
DeMarcus Cousins: This guy is a flat out stud. I can’t remember the last time he didn’t score 50 FP on Fanduel. A matchup vs the uptempo Nuggets should suit him well as they don’t have anyone that can stop him in the post (who does?) – Lock and load Boogie tonight, take your 50 FP to the bank and find value elsewhere.
